2017 Lexus LS Redesign

Since Lexus started building the full-sized LS luxury sedan in 1989, four generations have been released. Each generation is designed with the objective of delivering magnificence on the road. Nothing is compromised in the creation of the LS masterpiece as its technology is a state of the art and its conditions are drawn specifically to embrace competition. To hold up to this impressive reputation, the 2017 Lexus LS is expected to come with a hydrogen fuel cell. This flagship is going to be based on the styling of the 2012 LF-LC concept car.

2017 Lexus LS – Exterior Design:

The car is going to have a longer wheel base version to incorporate the hydrogen system. The body restructure might involve large hydrogen storage tanks. In greater similarity to other LS new models such as the RC and NX, the 2017 Lexus LS will come with a redesigned front. Its LED headlights will be angular and sharp, paired with the large hourglass front grille. This is a look that is gaining fast positive progress in each successive model. The rest of the exterior seems comparatively calm unlike the front; the lines stand out fine but not as strong as those at the front.

The interior of 2017 Lexus LS will give a feel of sportiness while delivering comfort and style at the same time. The luxury of this car will be spectacular. The seats are not only heated and well ventilated but also spaced out for enough legroom. The screens and high-tech audio system will avail high standard entertainment. The interior also comes with digital navigation, a backup camera and Bluetooth connectivity. We might also see dynamic automated parking and cruising systems.

2017 Lexus LS – Powered for Efficiency:

The engine of the new Lexus LS will be an advanced 5.0 liter V8 technology. The engine is inspired from that of the 2015 RC F. It will have the ability to generate 438 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque for the base model. The H model of the new LS generation is expected to have a V6 engine technology. Application of hybrid technology in the engine will give the car an excellent fuel economy. The top version of the LS series, the F version, will have a super powerful engine. The car will come with two engines. The engine will be turbo charged and made of V8 configuration. This will give it the ability to generate a striking output of about 600 horsepower. It can reach a breathtaking speed of about 160 miles per hour and accelerate from 0 to 60 miles in 6 seconds.

2017 Lexus LS – Expected Date of Arrival and Price:

The Toyota Automotive company has not yet officially declared the price or confirmed the release date of the 2017 Lexus LS. The current fully equipped LS model comes at a price of around $73,000. With the added technology of the hydrogen fuel cell, the price of the new car could be more than $100,000. We can look forward to having this car in the market in late 2016.

The 2017 Lexus LS will definitely turn out a perfect match for the Mercedes S550 Plug-in hybrid and the Audi A7 Sportback H-Tron Quattro Concept. This luxury car will certainly make a difference in the auto market.
